For the first time in Bangladesh an organize meet up event for themig33 users was arranged on 24th November, 2009. The event was hold inChittagong - the port city of Bangladesh. It was organized by all twocertified official merchant from Chittagong division of Bangladesh-megh_balok43 and fire-gun. Other organizing team members wereabdullah2ice, pervez, mp3---, just.die.in.ur.arm. The planning for theevent was taken long ago and the soul purpose of the event was to leteveryone know about mig33 and create a field for mig33 users to knoweach other and make them real life friend. mig33 forum was the media partner of this event.
Mig33 bots are placed and displayed at different location of port city,Chittagong to spread the knowledge on mig33 among people. Advertisementfor the event and mig33 through posters, facebook, blogs, forums andother social networks was successful to spread the news and informationnot only on the event but also about mig33. The management team workedhard and was able to gain around 80 passionate mig33 users on the eventday. Among them there was 5 indian users, one of them from Delhienigma_1) and others from Jambu Kashmir. At the event day, from earlymorning, management team members acted really fast & hard todecorate the event venue. There was a green bot, a pink (female) botand a Bangladeshi bot was reviewed which has a Bangladeshi flag on it.Users started to gather at 02:00 P.M. (Bangladeshi time) and the eventstarted at 03:00 pm by the opening announcement by management teammember abdullah2ice. After that official merchant megh_balok43 andfire-gun came on the stage and talked about the merchant programme andthe process to become a merchant. After that everyone had a deliciouslaunch and all had a great time by chatting and knowing each otherwhile sweet rhythmic music played all along.
At around 05:00 P.M. (Bangladeshi time) a lottery was drawn and 5 luckywinners were announced and each of them got 100 credits. At the end ofthe event everyone left the venue with a glimpse of happiness and asmile on their face.
